Default DAM RYDERS

Me and the Arkansas crew have gone over a couple of times in the last few weeks. Haven't heard from Spud any though. That's probably why it's been quiet in here. I haven't even seen him riding over there at all. Don't know what happened to him.

Hope to hear from him soon though. It's kind of quiet around here without him.

Went up there Friday and was shocked to only see one other person there the entire four hours I was there late afternoon. The water was low so I went out and played on the piles in the middle of the river. Lots of fun. Got a decent picture or two, put them in my profile. Hopefully the admins will approve pretty quick. Goin to Little Sahara with a big group this weekend, should be lots of fun. The sport quads will be running circles around me, though, they just got brand new paddle tires. I need to get a z400! Hehehe ...

HA!!! This is gonna be good.

I'll let him tell you the answer to that one. I have a funny feeling he's going to have plenty of time on his hands to sit around and surf the net in the next few weeks.

Let's just say his weekend was cut a little short.

Yup, a broken bone.

We were just talking a couple of weeks ago about how he had never broken a bone before. Can't say that anymore.

I'll go ahead and spill the beans. Sometime Saturday morning they were playing around doing some jumping on a small dune while they were waiting on a buddy to get back from camp. Somehow the rear of his Raptor kicked up on him and he nosed it over. It landed on him pretty hard. The end result was a broken left collar bone and a bruised up leg.

The details will probably have to be answered by him. That would be the Cliff's Notes version.

Ouchy, that had to suck. My weekend up there went much better. Beautiful weather, big group, lots of fun. The dunes were peaked, but you could get up them so long as you didn't bury your back end with bad shifting. Hopefully will get a few pics up soon.

Well I havent been here for a while because I am just sick of all the stupid crap that is said and done on this site.. Ignorant ppl and ignorant posts...

Well I believe as of Monday morning the Salina Dam Riding Area Is NO LONGER!!!!!!!!!!

There was a near fatal (guy is in critical condition and has a 50/50 chance) crash down there Saturday afternoon.. And GRDA and every agency around showed up and said "NO MORE THATS IT WERE DONE WITH THIS"

This guy was a riding freind of mine and was racing on the drag strip and was on his way back to the start (racing back) when some IDIOT PUNK decided he would pull out in front of him.. It demolished the predator that he was on and trough him over the bike and broke EVERY bone in is face all of his teeth and on one arm broke every bone from his fingers to his shoulder and broke all his ribs and puntured his lungs another buddy said by the time they got to him there was a 3ft puddle of blood around him, they life flighted him to tulsa... All because you have stupid ppl riding a machine they have NO bussiness being on.. This guy(the one who pulled out in front of this guy) had a brand new warrior and it broke the case in half and pretty much destoyed his quad to on top of crushed his leg..

Stupid ppl sould stick to rollerblades... So it was fun while it lasted.. And thanks again for all the ppl that put the effort into helping with the clean up and up keep of the dam area..
