Took my son on a nice ride up in Pipi valley. It was a beautiful day, clear, with a little wind. We were able to put 42 miles on, as we haven't had much snow this year. There was alot of snow on the ground , in the tree covered portions of the trail, and on the north side of the mountain. What was there was frozen solid, so you could pretty much ride any where you wanted. It was a weird feeling to be able to ride over 2-3 foot drifts without sinking, it also made for a real smooth ride. As we didn't have to fight the ruts of previous riders. It was my sons second ride, and i've got him hooked, he had a blast.
