been to that track off of I-35 AND HIGHWAY 51 NEAR STILLWATER? If so is it any good and do they let atv's ride there?

 

Can't help you there, but Tulsa Trail Riders Club used to promote a lot of area events and hosted rides at Camp Gruber every year. Might google for them and see what's cooking. Gruber is great for any type bike, two, three or four wheel. State Hwy 10, SW of Muskogee, on the right before you get to the Military Compound.
