Dirty Dogs park in Phenix City off 431, haven't been there but friends tell me it's a great place, $15 a head and usually there's some other action going on like truck races and mud bogs.
Several places around Talladega. There's talk of one opening near B'ham , it just depends on how far you want to drive. I'm around Lake Martin and mainly ride the power company land around the lake and river.
