You should be able to get through just fine as long as the sleds have it packed down. Try trails at Carrieville, Little Manistee trail, Lincoln hills, etc. You can ride right from Club 37 resturant & bar and hit Little Manistee. Great riding, Am up there almost every weekend

what kind of riding do you like. Tin cup is probably 24 miles of whoops. little manistee is usually smooth with whoops in some corners, great powersliding trail and sightseeing as well. same goes for Lincoln hills, some nice elevation changes that could be fun this time of year. Have fun

Hey Firepitkeeper, Thanks for the info. But I am a newbie and this will be my first real trailride. I have know idea what woops are so we may end up trying little manistee if it is smoother ride. Maybe we' ll see you on the trails sometime. We have a place between Evart and Reed City and will be checking out the trails closest to this area first. Thanks again. John M.

Tin Cup is a waste of time unless they have re-done the entire system since I was out there last spring.
You mostly find dirt bikes or people who don't know any better w/ quads out there.
Within a 10-15 minute drive from Tin Cup is the Little Manistee Trails & Lincoln Hills...AWESOME... More trails, better conditions. Looking at close to 75-100 miles between these two trail systems.

Hungry, you should find any trail that is marked as a route (2-way 2 lane anything goes trail) to be in good shape throughout the year. Most others dont see much maintanence, with the exception of Little O, which see's minor grooming (knock down whoops from 3 footers down to 2). We have a little property on the Little Manistee river with direct access to the trail system, got lucky, I guess. Oh yeah, like Jpoddgi said, Tin cup isnt much fun unless you like torture. But, go on a rainy holiday and hang out by a mud hole and you'll see some funny human behavior. As well as diappearing machinery. Well hope ya had a good one, maybe catch ya carrieville, eating ice cream. see ya
