did you ever make it to Callalantee trails? I am trying to decide if it is a good place to camp and ride. The information online for the campground is limited. I saw a review of the Callalantee Riding Stables that does atv riding in the winter but I dont think that is the same place. Any information would be great.

 

Callalantee used to be horse stables and trails for riding horses. Not much business for horses in the winter so they opened it up for atv's in the winter. The business was much better for atv's so they switched over to full time atv trails. The campground is basic but does have showers etc. The trails are good, but the maps and trail markers are bad to say the least. Still is a fun place to ride as long as you don't mind staying lost most of the time.

 

Need any info I ride there all the time.
