Draper lake Oklahoma closes may 31 05
As of this date the riding area will be closed[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] That sucks. Yet there will be a new riding area and it will be located at the crosstimbers park, which is just south of 119th and draper drive. there will be a large parking lot with a paved road leading in and out and graveled in areas for unloading.The trails I here will be diverse, with about 10 miles of trails wider and more atv friendly. This is the first of four phases. Each new phase will have 15 to 25 miles of trail. I heard that a single day passis $10 or a year pass at $60. I think kids is like $2 a day or $20 a year. I havent seen the new area yet. But I hope it will be cool. I dont like the $10 a day thing though. Thats high. I know its new and all, but come on. I thought the last place I rode was high, and they only wanted $7. I guess we will see after may 31 05 if it is worth the $10. Thats just so high expecially with only 25 percent being open to ride. If anybody rides this area please post. June 1 is a long ways off. Maybe someone here lives nere the area and can feel us in more.
