I am thinking of going to Lake Murray and will being heading out of the Durant area. I am from Arkansas and going to visit my brother in a couple weeks. We are trying to find a new place to try out this time when I am down there, the last place we tried out was RedRiveratv.com it was fun. We have 4X4's so thats what kind of enviroment we are looking to ride.

I have found very little info on Lake Murray about what is exactly there? Trails? Mud Pits? Creeks? Is there anything there to play in or just casual trails?

There was a post on this a month or so ago. Do a search. Lake Murray is pretty fun, lots of trails with sand, rocks, and lots of trees. I used to go there often, but have not been in several months. The state recently built a large asphalt parking lot, many RV slots, and a shower/bathroom combo. It's $7 to ride each day, it can easily be covered in a day...
