hay nicky, my names tracy my boyfriend and i got raptors 700/350 a few months ago we go to hungry valley to but im not sure if it is open yet. we are going out this weekend to stoddard valley its offthe 15, you guys should come hang-out we are camping all weekend. let me know if you guys want some more info. well maybe we can all get together sometime. have fun riding be safe.

FYI, Gorman is still closed to riding, due to the fire. They are using it as as a staging area.Hope it doesnt burn.Hungry valley has some good riding.

Last i heard it was 15 miles west of Gorman. You can go to the Hungry valley OHV website and get updates on the closure.

 

im glad they are using i for the staging area becassue you know they wont let that burn all the fireman are there. i think we will be ok i just wish the fire was out already. we will have to meet up sometime out there and go for a ride.

 

I try to make it to Hungry valley at least once a season, due to the work I do I usually just ride local.I am like 1 1/2 from Ocotillo and 2 from Glamis. I mostly ride stoddard valley or up in Joshua tree., which is just like Ocotillo as far as the terrain.Hungry valley is a 31/2 to 4 hr. trip.but it is all worth it. I love the riding up there.

wow i cant believe all the responses that have started back up and i posted this over a year ago hahaha well thank you guys for the invites, i wish i could go but me and my BF broke up almost a year ago and he had the truck so i was able to go only because of him.. but now i havnt gone in like a year so it sucks for me, i miss it.. and i dont think my honda civic will ever make it out there! haha anyways, once i can somehow get my bike up and out of the garage, then im on my way!!!
