I don't know... The only place I know of to ride is up around Hazleton area, near Paragon and Towercity, but we ride outside the parks for free... sounds a bit more what you are lookin for.... I am new to the area too (Duncannon, NW of Harrisburg) and looking for places to ride. Our Hazleton area isn't bad... about 2 hour tow each way probably. I have heard rumors about riding in Centre County somewhere, but don't know of any details. If you find any places around here I would be much interested to hear about them as well...
