YES!!!!!!!! It is open! I went there yesterday, it was very fun.
Some of the trails are still closed, but it was very fun. One of the hills was nearly impossible to get up. My brother couldn't with his 250r, and a guy couldn't on his dirtbike.
Just make sure you bring $5 per atv.
