I maybe made it 5 miles down the road until it started POURING rain. Guess you guys did'nt get to go swimming either? Have you been riding lately?

Well if you like you can come w/ us Sunday, but I am warning you that I may suck bad since I have not been on mine in awhile. I want to get on it a little around here and then go up to Frackeville soon.

 

I might take you up on that, if you have a place we can ride without running from the cops

 

Both Marley Pitt and Tower Hill have been fine in the past. I am up for either. Both are here in Cecil County.

 

Is there a good place to park?

 

I rode Marley pits and some of the trails close to Marley about 2 weeks ago, it was Muddy! Went to Tower City last weekend and rode for about 6 hrs. it was dusty but still good time. Haven't been to Tower Hill in a few weeks maybe next weekend.

If you ride local, be careful to not ride in the field next to Zietgler (spelling?) rd. which is off of BlueBall, we usually ride Marley Pits and the trails from Marley Pits to Elk Mills Quarry, anyway...the gov. is digging in the field next to Zietgler. A security guard stopped us and told us not to ride in the field because it has live ammunition.

Let me know when you go to Frackville, a group of us want to go, but, just can't make that extra 15 miles from Tower City :-)

I'll let you know when we go to Frackeville. I would like to go some time in September. It should be cooler by then. I don't want to be riding for 6+ hours with swass (sweaty ***).

 

hey my name is bobby and im from cecil county ...[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] im new to this and i was looking thu this thread and wanted to get in on riding with people from this neck of the woodsi have a 2002 350 banshee little work done to it ... it anyone would like to ride drop me a line i try to ride on saturdays on weeknights i been all around cecil i know where some trails are but dif people name them diff names so i never know what trail there talking about
