I hope to build off the success of the previous Executive Director Matt Ballard and to continue the Trail system’s growth into all nine counties.”
Art Kirkendoll Chairman of the HMRRA stated, “I’ve known Jeff for over 10 years, he is a true professional and the HMRRA Board is confident about his ability to lead our organization into the future.”

Glen Yost, Chairman of the HMRRA personnel committee, said that it was a long process, but in the end the board was confident of their decision.
“After reviewing over 100 applications and interviewing 8 highly qualified candidates, we felt that Jeff had the best qualifications for the position and his willingness to agree to a 5 year contract will give the HMRRA stable leadership for years to come.”
