I know you can get your hunting licenses and stuff at Wal-Mart and stuff, but I don't know about registration. I think you can only do that at the court house, but maybe since there is an atv park close by they made an exception.

 

Residents can't get them there, only non-residents, the difference being the sales tax issue. Ia doesn't care if you live somewhere else and didn't pay it.

 

There is no need to buy a out of state permit unless you are going to be here more than 30 days consecutive. That is if you are registered in your own state. If not then you need an out of state sticker. If you want to buy the sticker just because then great but it is not nesasary.

 

In South Dakota you don't need to register your quad or buy a permit because theres no place to ride it anyways, except for the black hills.

 

Has anyone heard any updates yet? Is it open yet, or when will it open??

 

see i livin in sioux falls and have been lookin for places to ride and there are none somebody should make a place that we can go ride and dont have to pay 190 bucks for a year member ship like you do at sioux vally cycle center
