In the thread that seemed to be eliminated about the sale of the kermit sand hills a person in one of the post said he would provide a map showing what area is part of the JDZ 1200+/- acres and what was not in his control that still could be ridden on. If that person that posted that info sees this will you still let us know or tell us where to see that map?

That pic is incorrect. It is way old, taken from a previous deed. The new deed hasn't even been filed. I called the county and they told me it was not yet filed and anything that was looked at was from a prior deed from 1946. FYI

Kermit is a great place to ride. The owners are KSI and they are really nice people. Don't listen to all the crap on the forums, find out for yourselves. You'll have a wonderful time.
