Bozeman MT area thread
#1
hi guys. the desertfox and myself are getting ready to plan a ride. any others are welcome.
this is probably gonna be a short one due to the temps and the fact that most of the forest service trails are closed to wheeled traffic till June 1st.
i haven't been up Jackson creek. if you have Desertfox and think it'll be fun, that sounds good. (i used to log up Olsen creek and i think the trails both connect to Stone creek somehow). i can't thind of anywhere on this side that is do-able on atvs right now and open.

Buy some snowmobiles ya'll.
Nah, in Billings, there are a couple areas almost in town we can go (legally) and until middle of last week, it was perfect riding weather.
There is a place called Notellum Creek about an hour from Bozeman that is warmer and dry to ride, my buddies rode there two weekends ago.
Olsen Creek is about snowmobiles only right now, went sledding up there about a month ago.
