I live in Alaska right now, but I am soon moving to Niceville in the northern part of Florida. I have an 00' Warrior that has been modified for trails so I would like to stay away from dunes. Is there any were else to go.

What's the deal with this Maytown spot in Osteen? I've seen a little bit about it, but don't know the area well. Is it private land? What kind of riding terrain?
