Yep, definitely check out Black Mtn. Rec. Park. It's worth the trip for sure. You can get more info by going to www.rr.kyoutdoors.com This is the website of the Harlan County Ridge Runners ATV Club.

near oliver springs tn (close to oak ridge) is coal creek. Also know as windrock. There is 72,000 acres with trails from easy (gravel roads) to extreme. and everything in between. very fun place hills , mud , water crossings, and plenty of dust in summer. I purchased an annual pass, but day fee is about $15. I go quite often as i live only 45min away. Absolutly beautiful views. they have camping, and it is open 24/7 so you can ride at 3 am if u want. Plenty of nearby hotels and food. check out the clubs web site www.windrockatv.com hope this helps, Bill
