Only if the ATV club negotiates with private property owners can they charge you a fee.

The Ontario Government does not endorse ATV clubs like they do with the Snowmobile clubs so if the trail is on crown land, it has to be free to ride on during the spring ,summer and fall.

It makes sense since,snowmobile trail require lots of money to be maintained and groomed,but there is no trail maintenance on ATV trails,in fact its more like the "worst" the trail gets the better.LOL

Im from Brampton and wouldnt mind finding some trails a little north of me like an hour or so for a quick weekend fix for those times when you cant get away for the weekend. I have heard of one just North of Orangeville but not sure where it is.

 

Here you go trails just north or Orangeville were having a Poker run May 30 come check things out .
