We are planning a trip to Trace State Park to ride for the weekend. How strict are they on enforcing riders to wear a helmet and not carrying passengers? We are not going to get "nutsy" owl, it is a family trip with the youngsters. Some of the older riders who have workhorse four wheelers don't wear helmets and have passengers.
