Default San Diego

Other than the desert where is a good place to ride quads in SD county? I don't like rocks.

tou can ride at buckmen spring out 8 east. it mostly fire road and there are some trails. some rock though. or there is a track up by golden acorn, i have ridden there with no problems.

You can try out Ocotillo Wells. Kind of rocky, but I don't think it is too bad. A lot of sand but pretty tame as far as dunes go. It depends on what kind of riding you want to do.

I have absolutely never felt that Ocotillo was "rocky". No doubt, you went to the wrong place....

You have to get away from the trails and get out away from where the crowds go. The hills are a little rocky out there, but not too bad, like I said. If you stay on the trails or at Blowsand, then you don't find any. Either way, it is a fun ride.
