Has anyone every riden in St Clair Pa north of Pottsville in the coal strippings? What is it like?

 

You need a permit from Reading Anthracite to ride there. I think they cost $100.00. If ya gte caught, you will pay alot more.......

Can this permit be used in other places o P.A.. and if so, where could I get this Permit?

 

I see tons of people with atv's and dirt bikes parked along the road a little bit out of town (i.e.: St.Clair) every weekend. A handful of out-of-staters too. Its practically my backyard. They are building a development towards town in the area as well.
