Default places to ride in lower alabama

Just wondering if anybody has found any new places to ride in LA
(Lower Alabama)? I live south of montgomery in greenville. Looking for something close by. I heard Dozier has a great park but just wondering if there was any where else.

Went to Roaring Hills ATV park last week near Dothan. It is actually in Hartford. I'd say if you have a dirt bike or a sport quad it would be nice there. I took my Vinson and rode the 2 or 3 miles of trails there that surround the MX track but they were extremely tight to maneuver in and I couldn't even get out of 2nd gear because the width is so narrow between trees and there aren't any straight stretches to open up in so I got bored very quickly. I went out on the MX track for a bit but hitting jumps in a 600 lb ATV isn't much fun either. The track is nice though so if you have a sport quad go for it.

I'm hearing that Southern Ridge is opening up this month in Dozier, AL. I want to go have a look because I think it is more suited for us utility sorts. Over 30 miles of trails and lots of mud too. I'll let you know what I think when I go.

Any chance that there would be a MX track there?
