Hey everyone, new to the ATV thing and I was just wondering are there any good trails in northern Maryland (Bel Air area) or the York(Shrewsbury) Pa area?

I have already checked on PA atving.com and they have places to ride but they are all too far from me. I'm not looking to drive 2-3 hours to ride for an hour then to drive 2-3 hours back home.

 

Welcome to the forums!! I do not know much about N. Maryland, but as for trails in York area there aren't any to my knowledge. You have to drive north a couple hours to coal region in Frackville/ Minersville area for public riding area. And from what I hear it will cost you $$$$$$. If you do come up with anything please let me know!

Theres a place off of Quarterfield Rd. To Queenstown Rd T/R to Jones Rd T/R to end. Lots of trails thru woods, pretty cool.

 

check out the state forest trails. Pa has alot theres one in Newville, pa. I think thats close to York. http://www.dcnr.state.pa.us/stateparks/ thats the site

 

Rausch Creek can suck it.

15 minutes away from Rausch Creek is amazing riding in the Treverton/Frackville/Minersville areas. It's all free and it is way more fun than Rausch Creek. Plus there are no rules to follow.
