Here is the Link: http://www.RepairManual.com?a_aid=54863ebf

Then Click the "ATV Repair Manuals" to the Left. And Then Click the "Polaris" Link.

They have polaris atv manuals for numerous years.

If my battery is not charging on my tender, is it a dead issue? Any ideas on how to charge it?

With a battery charger?

Seriously though, it's a 12v battery, I don't know the amp setting though. 2A? my regular charger had a setting for smaller 12v batteries...

I've had it on my battery tender, actually a float charger, that's for my batterys amperage, it just seems the battery won't hold a charge with the tender. I can jump the battery with the car battery to get the quad started, but once I turn the quad off, the battery just clicks many times, fast. I think this 3yr old battery just doesn't want to hold a charge and needs to be dumped.

Last year was the first year I have ever used a float charger through winter and my Z400 battery ended up the same way...I haven't used one this year, just took my batteries in the house(no charger) for the winter and haven't had a bit of trouble.
Had to buy a new battery last year. Don't know if it was the charger or just time for the battery to die, but hadn't had any trouble before that. But then, everything works until it doesn't.
I suggest RMATV if you do need a new one. Reasonable and about $40-50 cheaper than local quad shops. Or try Walmart...

Battery's 3yrs old, but only 30hrs run time on it, started it as much as I could remember throughout the years, then this last year hooked up the float charger while battery was in quad. I'll play with it alittle this weekend and if it doesn't charge up, I'll just buy a new one someday. I was actually thinking of taking the Raptor on the Poker Run
