You mean you were thinking of actually utilizing some riding skill instead of taking the quad with cushy power steering?

It's not the steering I'm worried about, I haven't shifted a quad in 23 mths

Actually, I was thinking of having no skidplate on my swinger, Rod and I were talking about it yesterday and he reminded me you don't have one on your trail quad. Have you had any problems without one? I was thinking out in this terrain with the poker run, a skidplate may not be that much of a issue.

I've had it on my battery tender, actually a float charger, that's for my batterys amperage, it just seems the battery won't hold a charge with the tender. I can jump the battery with the car battery to get the quad started, but once I turn the quad off, the battery just clicks many times, fast. I think this 3yr old battery just doesn't want to hold a charge and needs to be dumped.</end quote></div>
What do you expect, it is a Yamahahahahahaha!
My old 400ex was a 2000 model year and still has it's original battery, yes, it's a Honda!
