Diamond Knot IPA is one of my Favorite Beers, Heck, it is my wife's Favorite Beer and she does not drink much. It has a Real Nice Floral Flavor, I recommend.

sounds kinda like mine, it is not for walking but it stretches my tendon, it is adjustable so the more I adjust the more it stretches it, wierd thing is it makes my foot go kinda numb :confused; guess I'll ask the doc about that next time I go in, I just take it off once it starts doing that, which is about 1am haha

Decent day @ work today, got LOTS done so tomarrow I should be on schedule...............................SHOULD BE LOL

Ron & I are hitting the QCC casino tomarrow night going to use my dinner coupon & see if I am still lucky haha

should be a good time we don't go out much at all anymore so it'll be nice 2 weekends in a row!!!

Bout' time to get the big blue bus summerized also, we want to go to Fort Casey for a weekend, & do some camping this summer if things work out, we went a whole 2 times last summer

, that is sad haha

jayna,,,thanks so much for the tip about Diamond Knot!! What a great lunch it was,,,sizzling sandwich, salad, and a free cup of tomato basil soup that rivals any i've had. One of the coolest places i've eaten for sure. I also brought 2 empty growlers that i had filled with Hefeweizen,,,,for later
