The 2-way is nice, but what is even better is that you can ping anyone that you have added to your unit and it will find them within a pretty decent radius, show them on your map, and give you directional indicator to point you right to them. As 2mny once said, it's good for helping someone locate your carcass when you fall off a cliff.
It worked pretty well when I was trying to find my way back to them in the dunes when they were stuck and I was coming back with the machine with a winch. Would have been better if I knew how to read a compass with any skill

I have the Topo card for washington and oregon and what not. use it allot when goin on the horses to unkown areas.. also whats really cool.. it has all the tide tables.. so you just find a tide marker on the map and click it and you can get the tides. great feeshin tool.

 

i also like the 'find' feature,,,adresses, businesses,,,just about anything

the navigation is cool too

wish i knew you had the software,,,,could have saves some cha-ching
