You're not re-registering it with the Oregon Dept. of Licensing, you're only buying the OHV tab, same as you need to do to drive your truck out onto the sand.

oregon does not require registration or titles on orv's...the only thing is insurance companys require titles nad if ever stolen from you a title will establish ownership...
