Good Standard Time Afternoon PSAR!
I had forgotten all about that till I just got on here. Things like that happen when your retired and don't have to be anywhere special.
Gleeners came out and got over 100 lbs. of carrots and a bunch of other stuff from the garden for the food bank. We still got carrots and such left. Told them to come back next week if they want, hate to tiller it under. Told SWMBO that next year the carrot patches are going to have to be a lot smaller. We'll be digging those things till the ground is frozen.
What a great day, no wind and temps in the low 60's and not a cloud in the sky. Got a bunch of tilling done and then helped the gleeners.

Morning PSAR!
We had a good halloween. Allyson got the hang of it real quick. Up in Granite Falls they had about 15 vehicles, and there trunks were decorated with different themes. Allyson would walk up to them, and they would let her reach into the bowl and grab something, and she would put it in her bucket. We went to a development also. I had to keep taking some candy out of her bucket because it was to heavy for her. She wouldn't even let me touch her bucket, so I had to do it when she wasn't looking. She trick or treated for 2 hours! We had alot of fun.
This time change...sucks! Allyson was up at 430 yesterday morning! I even took a nap when she did. I hope it doesn't take to long to get into this change!

WQ is stealing candy from the little kid's TOT bag! Bet she's eating her share too.
I know I helped the grandson's eat some candy after school today. Then we made some inroads on the peanut butter cookies grandma made. Yummy!
Now it's almost time for supper, really good soup made with stuff from the garden and part of a dead pig. Home made soda bread with real butter.
