NEW Puget Sound/Seattle/Northwest area riders MEET HERE!!! thread
Good Sat morning PSAR
Ugh drywall does not sound fun Happa we are going to be starting on our deck here soon, Ron got a bid on supplies from who they go thru it is $1400 :Q guess that's better than the $2800 last year & the $7800 for the Trex hahah we may only be doing 1/2 of it for now as we have 1/2 the $$ we will see, if we didn't have to give the county $$ we'd be in like flyn!!
TC.... we have look at local rescue shelters online, not too keen on adopting an adult Chow but if the right one came along we would. There aren't many around or at least that are good w/ dogs, cats, kids ect. but I would love to save one we will just keep looking when the time is right the right one will show up!!

lately i've been opting for the tri-tip over a brisket
they thaw quickly, cook over coals in an hour,,,or smoke for a few hours,,,,and it is every bit as good or better than brisket IMO... not to mention the fuel cost and oops factor with a brisket
costco has marinated tri-tip in the kryopak that is to die for,,,i always keep a few in the freezer because they are so easy to cook up last minute
i took a full rib roast out of the freezer yesterday,,,,it should taste good with mashed potatoes during the daytona 500 tomorrow
