No oatmeal for me this morning, 3 miles on the treadmill, 10 miles on the stationary bike, 5 months to lose 20yrs of age so I can keep up with Chris on the STP

Changed the oils and filter in the 480 yesterday, now I just need to go riding!!

Good Morning PSAR!

27 and frosty this morning. Wind has died down but will come up later today from the looks of the sky.

Gotta change the oil in SWMBO's car today. That'll about do it for work.

5 miles on the treadmill and 20 miles on the stationary bike this morning, now cut the grass, frame an opening from the kitchen to the hallway and paint the diamonds on the garage door the same color as the house. That should just about keep me busy most of the day

good afternoon PSAR well i start full time work tomarrow!! I'm hoping i still like the job after 8 hrs a day there instead of 5 LOL not strenous work nor am I on my feet so I should be good
