Hello everyone. It's been a crazy month or few weeks. Justin got hit and dragged by a pickup at work on August 15. The driver nor Justin saw each other. Justin was rushed to the hospital. They did a CT-scan and xrays. No broken bones, just a bad road rash and had to get staples in his head. He was on crutches for about a week. I had to put cream on his back morning and night. He has alot of fluid in his leg still. The dr is going to do a ultrasound in acouple of weeks to see if it goes away. Other than that everything is going good. We went to Coulee City for Labor day. I got up on a wake board for about 10 secs. But hey I did it!!!! Where is cowboy he would be so proud! LOL Still only putt around at the house. Seems like everybody is always busy or economy is pushing people away. Good to hear you guys had a good labor day weekend!

Dazey..the OMG sounds SCAREY. You might want to rig up a seat belt of something on that thing. LOL

Back from beverly. OMG didn't make it far. All that power made the rear squat wich made the chain to loose. The chain would jump a tooth under hard throttle. I took it thru the gears slowly to see the top speed. I made it to 5th gear before I ran out of room. GPS said 79 mph and the speedo was at 103 mph. I still had 1 more gear to go. On th 2nd run I gased it to hard and the chain came off and poked a hole in the water pump. I need to fix that and put a spring loaded chain tentioner on it and try it agian. Good time cause I still had the Renegade to beat everyone with.

Good Morning Everbody

I've in the same boat as Rod, work and no riding, difference is, he's working for money and I'm working around the house. Still getting 40 hours at work so I guess Obama fixed the economy, thank you Mr. President for saving all of us from economic disaster

Angie, glad nothing worse happened to Justin, what he went through is bad enough, praying he heals fast...

Mike, don't work too hard on that part-time job, the farm and grandkids keep you busy enough as it is, heck atleast you aren't sitting around in a rocker watching the world pass you by...

Kym, glad ya'll got the MH figured out, wiring backwards, hummm, sounds like something I'd do...

Dazeys, good luck with OMG, alittle more tweaking and you'll have that thing beating everything on the dunes. How much do you think your flatbed trailer is worth? I'm thinking of selling mine and since we have the same one, pondering a price. Been comparing trailers on craigslist, it's amazing how much people ask for these things...

Hope everybody has a great weekend, Saturday looks great, Sunday, not so.... I'll be working around the house and watching football

Good Evening PSAR!

Been kind of busy around here. Garden harvest, grandkids, cows getting out and SWMBO and I going on a bit of a vacation to celebrate our 48th anniversary.

Sounds like things are going pretty well for everyone but Justin, hope he heals quickly.

Glad to hear the work is coming in now Rod, still really slow for most of the contractors over this way. Had a guy do some metal roofing a couple weeks ago and he was really glad to have the work.

Back to a forty hr week now eh Hap! Must be tough having to put in that many hours. Old man like you doing all that and working on your house as well. Impressive.

Not much quad riding over here lately. Cows are all close in now and about the only thing I've done is chase ones that get out. They don't like getting bumped in the butt with the front rack when at a fast trot. This maneuver carries some risk with it as they have been known to pass gas and solids at the time of impact. 8>)

Garden is starting to slow down on some things but still putting out a surplus of goodies. SWMBO and our daughter have filled a 21 cubic foot freezer with corn and green beans. Nice to have them for the winter. Squash, cucumbers, carrots, beets and all that stuff is still growing. We've got the biggest pumpkins I've ever seen around here and they are still getting bigger. Few more weeks and this will all be done. Winter is on the way.

Have a great evening.

Mike

Good afternoon PSAR

well glad to see some posts on here!! Yeppers weather is looking good for sat. yay i am going to try to get the deck sealed just using a clear sealer for the winter I just don't want it to turn gray(cedar) i was going to seal/paint it brown to match the others but the more I look @ it I really do like the bare look decisions decisons LOL going to do some canning this weeknd also, doing stewed tomatos gonna have to buy a couple boxes as my crop isn't do so well just little ones & the big ones are still green so I give up!! I have been getting GREAT zuchinni though, took a bunch to work for some people I have so much haha, did shred ALOT so should make for some good holiday breads
SOOO as you can tell the deck is FINALLY complete Dad & brother did a great job on it it is so nice to have 6 people up there & still have room for table/chairs, bbq, firepit & deck box haha could probably fit more people DJ built a VERY nice gate, it looks like it is part of deck so that is nice, the dogs are disgruntled haha but they have the bigger back porch now which is covered.
DJ is now remodeling the general store down below he cleared all the junk out of front of building & is making a quad shop it had a 5' picture window that he took out & is making a big door to get the bikes in/out he's becoming a great little carpenter w/; this new job, they laid all thier temp workers off but kept him YAY they are slow but at least he has a job!!
My job is going good BUSY BUSY BUSY they have me doing a ton of stuff haha, our detailer got hurt yesterday & is done so now I will be doing the paint sealer, fabric sealer ect won't have to do the undercoating though i would of but thats a hella messy job haha I'm pretty much the go too girl i guess, besides driving the shuttle & cleaning the shop I now call all the warranty customers to make sure they are 100% satisfied as this is how the dealership stays open!! Throw a couple more jobs on there & hell I'll just run the place

well hope you all have a great wknd & enjoy the sun oh yeah heading up to Darrington to camp for one last time next wknd if anyone is intersted
