Good Sunday Afternoon PSAR!
We've been busy getting things ready in the garden. Kids were out yesterday and again today. Got the big brush pile burned and a bunch of cleanup done in the garden. Raining now and they are washing our living, music room and dining room windows for us. What nice folks they have grown to be. We sure appreciate the way they always seem to want to be doing something for "The Folks".
Went to The Dalles this morning and bought the last of the stuff we need to finish off the water pipe stands in the garden, seven of them, and also the last of the stuff for the new laundry room. Moving the laundry to the main floor so we don't have the trip up and down the stairs to the basement. Most of the basement will end up being a wood working shop for the boys and I. Probably have it finished in a couple of months.
DM, glad to hear you're getting to the rats or other critters. We don't have rats down here but have gravediggers and other burrowing vermin. Hard to stay ahead of the sometimes. Place is pretty much rodent free right now thanks to four really good cats that have chosen to live here. Dang few mice around which is unusual.
Keep pounding away on that running Hap, you will make the "Iron Man" race one of these days.
Mike
