Winch is installed and in working order, the Grizzly is ready for the trails[img][/img]</end quote></div>

I know a mud hole that would be perfect to test that winch out on!</end quote></div>

Yeah, but can we get to that hole with him to watch yet? Any idea what the snow level up there is at this point?

Mornin' Rod. Larry. PSAR.

With that new winch and those big tires you should be able to get so stuck it'll take a D-8 to get you out.

Do you have all the winch accessories? You know, the extra 300' of cable to reach the nearest tree, the "tree saver" so you don't skin up the bark, the block and double block to add pull/ get around corners, heavy coat to eliminate cable whip when, not if, the line breaks, chains hooked up down low on your quad with the other ends tied to the racks so you don't have to dig to hook up, shovel to dig because you don't have the chains in place, extra boots to replace the ones you loose in the bog and how about the long pole to probe the mud to find the quad? Don't forget the jumper cables to hook to the battery and go directly to the winch for those times the relay, switch or wiring fails just when you really need it.

What? Have I had experience with a winch? Why no! Well, maybe a little.
