Had lunch with Bear 45-70 at the new Roadhouse in Olympia the other day. That's the BBQ place that was just down the road from Rock Candy that got smashed by the mud slide. Maybe better BBQ than Famous Dave's den of gluttony.

Well we are back from our road trip today HOLY CHIT WAS IT HOT HOT HOT OVER THERE, 105 at least BLAHHHHHHHHHH SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO glad I DON'T live over on the east side!!!! Was just miserable to even be out of the car [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img], went & had some good eats @ Cresent Bar in Quincy, then on to Vantage to swim & visit for awhile was a nice day, then decided to take I-90 home DUMB DUMB DUMB, sat for about an hour going about 10 mph [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img] be nice if people could handle driving!!!!!! Funny thing is it was a Focus, hyundai & a truck [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] that's what we were driving haha, DJ saw the wrecked cars we did not they were was ahead of us!! Next time we will stick to Hwy 2 there & back!!

Well guess I better get everyone fed then get myself to bed, 4am comes mighty early [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] have a good one

This time I got the 4 slab ribs with BBQ chicken and all the trimmings, also an appetizer of 12 buffalo wings, it was great as usual. I've wanted to try the Roadhouse for years, guess Val and I will have to make a trip soon [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

the last few days have been miserably HOT im in a mid 80's mobile home with no air conditioning pulling ice packs out of the freezer to keep my fish alive and you know its HOT when your chihuahuas are panting haha
