Terrain is varied, depending on the weather. Wooded trails, open sand areas, mud holes and some can be deep. A few rocky areas. I'd describe it as easy to moderate.
Top notch camping facilities. Both primitive and ones with elec/water/sewage. Bath houses on site, 50 cents for 3 minute shower if they haven't gone up. Nice to get the mud off and not clog the system in the trailer. Bathrooms are kept clean. Almost every site has a concrete drive, picnic table, grill and fire ring. Check for burn bans before loading up on firewood.
Of all the places the wife has gone, that is her favorite. Maybe cause the casino's aren't that far away either.

I"ve rode there once last year and as mention above great camp sites. the riding is nice, can get in the lake and watch the kids swim. We haven't been all over the park but really enjoyed what we did ride. We ride with 2 other families, the last trip we didn't make but they did have an incident. While riding at night one of our adult riders flip their bike end over end. They drove in a large wash area and decided to back out. He didnt see the washed out area and the shelf fell off when he backed over the area causing him and his 4 wheeler to fall. Flip it several times and hurt his knee, not too badly. He was lucky so look good where you back, otherwise a real nice place to ride. espicially in the summer months.
