Total of 14 will be there Friday, staying until Sun. Since you live close, what the word on riding. As I told the others, we plan on doing our part and carrying a trash bag and pick up any trash found on the way throu. I hate to see a place as good as that closed due to people not cleaning up after themselves.

After seeing your post, I think I'll go down that weekend too and stay either Friday or Saturday evening so I can ride Saturday. I'll see if I can get one or two friends to go too.

Maybe we can meet up for a while down there...

We love to ride fast and right at the edge of "no control".

I understand and appreciate your attitude about the trash in the area. But I was told that the real threat for getting this place closed down is the muddy watershed into the local river. The authorities have said that if they have to, they will start fining local land owners whose land is contributing to the erosion into the river. If this happens, then the landowners will be forced to Post the land no-tresspassing, fence it off, or even have law enforcement keep people out. As it stands, I don't think most of the landowners mind riding, but if they are forced into it, they will have to lock it up.

I got this info from a local cop in the area. Have a good ride, and if you find out anything else while there, please let me know. Thanks....

Will do, talked to the guys also and we all agreed on staying away from the river. But a local dealer here that sets up riding trips said that they always cross the river and about 2hrs away theirs a waterfall and wooden bridge to cross? Don't know but most of us ride sport quads and can't go everywhere a 4x4 can go. I warned them about the piot happening, hopefully they'll listen. I'll let you all know about the trip.

DVNT1 - by your sig below your post, your correct! You boys ride hard and fast! Wish I still could do that! Hows that muffler doing? We also has issues later. 1 Raptor had a flat tire & skid plate bolts came loose. 1 Raptor rolled over. 1 LT250R broke his a-arm, 1 LT250R blew a gasket, LT230 broken sprocket, banshee woreout the rear brakes, then lost a bolt in his rear swingarm. My DS did have on issue the hole time. Love this bike. Seen you guys leavin around 2 or so, what happened?

Hey Newdslover, sounds like a day of wrenching. Well, what was the deal on the areas being restricted? Did you find out anything else?
