Us ohio boys are planning a exit49 KY ride on the 17th of March. If you've never been to this place, your missing out on a great time. Hotels at exits 41 & 39, ranging from $46 to $70 a night for 2 double beds. Or you can camp out there, right off the trail. Lots of hills(of course), water crossings, rocks, logging roads, etc. Can't say enough about this place. This is a bi-yearly trip, once in the spring and another in the fall. Hope some of you can schedule a trip down there sometime. No patol officiers there, but be kind to your suroundings. We only got one world!

Question for you Ky riders. Can a 13 year old ride a 325, with an adult riding along with him? not on the same quad. Or does Ky have the 90cc 16 year old law? Does anyone have an idea about this?

When you guys go, check in at the Shell station at the bottom of the hill. They should have some fliers to hand out. It seems that a local environmental agency is watching the place very close. Something about the runoff of soil into the river. I don't know all of the details, but I know that they have given out tickets. As far as I know, the trails can still be ridden, but they want you to stay off of the playground area and away from the river itself. Definately don't cross the river. When I was there last, the fliers were being handed out, but the problem I had was that it was not posted in the woods. I don't have a problem staying away from an area that they don't want me in.....but I feel it should be clearly identified. Anyway, have a good trip and if you find out any more information about this, please let me know.....Thanks....

I have heard it called Livingston before, but we know it as London, KY exit 49 on I75. Were leaving on the 14th after work, it's about a 4hr drive with a stop or two. And coming back on the 17th or 18th.

Thanks for the info exmxer, I'll stop in the station and ask for a flyer. Do you know if the No Riding Locations are marked yet? From your post, you can't go down to the playground any more? How close can you get to it, some new guys are going and I would like to show them some of the hills on the other side of the stream(way big hills). Thanks again for the info.

They weren't posted when I was there, but I know for a fact that you cannot cross the river. They will ticket you if you get caught. Good luck, and let me know the latest when you get back. Thanks....

exmxer, I talked to my local dealer the organizies trip to KY and he said that Livingston wasn't part of Daniel Boone. It is owned by farmers or privite landowners. You can still ride their but if you bring trash in - carry it out. And NO NEW TRAILS! You can cross the playground, but no playing in it. Your thing about the river sounds good to me but he says theirs a cool water falls and wooden bridge about a hour after you cross the river. But I don't want to hurt the eco-system or pay that whooping $1000 fine. And 6mon don't sound fun either.

If any one has more info, or has been there in last week or two. Let us know what's up!

Thanks
