Where can you ride in the state? Is it atv only or can you fit utvs in the trails? We go to Big Red park in Maud, just off highway 177 south of Shawnee. We are looking for new places to take the family to this summer. Thanks

Lake Murray has a pretty nice place. Nice camping area, varied terrain. Open sandy areas, trails through the woods. Take the kids riding, fishing and camping all in one spot.

I know they have a Polaris Ranger the park officials take back through there.
We asked once what was allowed through the gate, and the person told us whatever fits through. Want to say it's about 55 inch opening, but I could be wrong.
Here's a link Lake Murray. You might want to call them to confirm what they'll allow back there. May have changed since I was there last.
