Default The Wayne National Forest trails are ruined!!

First off they raised all the fees!!! Then there're all these "speed bumps" they added. There aren't very many places you can get a good head of steam anymore or you will go flyin'. We rode about 60 miles on Saturday but I'm not anxious to go back. It used to be really cool.

Never been there, but other places use the "speed bumps" for erosion control. I just call them jumps.

Jumping them is fun for a while... But I think they have too many. and hitting them on the downhill can be downright painfull after about 50 miles...

Speed bumps may not be the right term. They are small hills. And I wouldn't mind at all if it was just a "section", but they seem to be throughout the entire trail system... That combined with the season permit jumping from $25 to $45 makes me want to go elsewhere to ride...

Sounds like a bargain even at $45/season if it is close by. I have heard those trails are pretty nice.

They were nice... $25 to $45 is an 80% price hike. Where in the private sector can you get away with that...
