We're trying to start planning a trip for Colorado next year and we' are looking for advice on where to go and what would be needed.. eg., spare fuel tanks, trail passes,,, etc..

I like the southwest corner of Colorado, and the Moab Utah area.

 

Salidas and Beauna Vista (SP) area. Ride Mount Antero!! We rode that a few years ago and have never had a chance to go back. It was a great ride but not for a beginner!!! Lots of steep mountain switchbacks!!!!

What exactly are you looking for? Colorado has every type of terrain you could paoss want to ride from sand to hill drags. You just need to name your poison. Colorado names ther trails like ski areas do Green Blue Black. Easy Moderate Expert. One of the best areas to go to that has terrain for everyone is called Taylor Park in centeral Co. There is also the Alpine loop in S,W Co. Any more questions send me P.M and I will be happy to answer them!
