well guys- I did it again...

I sold my outty 800 for $1300 more then I paid for it- and just returned from a 300 mile round trip from NY with my new 2009 Can-Am Renegade 800x- all black with lots of accessories

I'll post a few pics tomorrow.... it looks identical to this one, except mine has fender extenders and a rear rack, bag and hand warmers...

I give troy till spring before he trades up once he rides this thing

rt 16 is plowed out- if we ride fast enough they cant catch us

I'll be ordering a 27" tire package and winch as soon as my tax refund is in my pocket (week or two)!

I never really knew what the difference between an 800r & 800x was (other then the x being black)- this 800x has 4 KYB remote res adjustable shocks (like the ones troy bought) man- what a nicer ride the shock upgrade gives compared to the 800r setup

I had a Outlander 400 it was super nice. But I hate there Visco lock when your in the rocks. It would always engage after I was stuck.

I was just watching the visco on this thing while riding on the snow- it's an instant loc-up.

I'm a Polaris guy, but I gotta say the looks and performance of the Renegade 800 would win me over if I wanted a "sportier" ride!!
I have a good friend with a Outlander 400 and its a fine machine.

For now I'm thrilled with my 700.

VERY NICE!!!

Thanks!

I'm used to a more "utility" atv myself- like my outlander. so we'll see, I could flip this thing in a heart beat and buy another outty...
