Haspin Acres, Southeastern IN.

Hi All
Thought I would tell folks about Haspin Acres in Laurel, IN. I friend and I went there last weekend and had a blast!
They have a lot of different terrain, ranging from wooded hills to rocky trails, mud, sand, etc... They have two different mx tracks and a dirt drag strip.
They allow everything from motor cycles to full-size trucks/suvs, modified trucks, buggies, and of course, atvs.
They have about 750 acres of land, and while we were there on a Sunday afternoon with great weather for the season, it did not feel over-crowded. We would only see other people on the main trails while getting from one spot to the other.
Admittedly, this is the first place I have gone trail riding that wasn't someones backyard/field/woods, but I still had a blast.
/btw, I am not in any way affliated with Haspin, just thought I would share our experience for anyone else in this area.

No, unfortunately no pics. I wasn't sure what I was getting into, since it had been raining so much, so I didn't take a camera. I will the next time.
I am planning on going back after Thanksgiving.

Yep, was a bit wet today. I'll post some pics tomorrow. Both of us have 4x4 quads, but there were still a couple of close moments! I had to pull my buddy out once, and I slid sideways into a mudhole and ended up on my side in a foot of muddy water!
My buddy had to use his winch to pull a guy up a hill! The guy was on a Yamaha sport quad, and got half way up the hill before he lost traction. He then slid backwards into a tree and that where we found him. We pulled him up the hill and he went on his way. We got our tow straps and stuff packed up and took off. We go to the bottom of the hill, and there he was again - same guy - stuck up to his rear diff in a mud hole at the bottom of the ravine. We pulled the same guy out twice in the span of about 10 minutes!
I'll post pics as soon as I can!

Getting the hang of posting pics here....
Here is the guy that we pulled out. The first pic is from when he couldn't get up the hill. The second pic is after we had pulled him out of the mud at the bottom of the next hill.
