Anyone hear/know of any good places in SD?
I'm 9m east of Sioux Falls and just bought
two 99 500 sp's. Would like to find some riders to find/make trails.

I'm right across the river from Sioux City, Iowa, which isn't real far from you. Don't you know about the Sioux Cycle Club in Sioux Falls? Maybe we should hook up to go riding some time...

I'd like to know where to ride in SD also could you give me some names of places to ride. I called the Black Hills and have gotten several different answers about riding there. I need someone who knows.

I've asked around, but the local polaris dealer doesn't know anything about Sioux Clubs. I also have been checking into the black hills, seems there is a long trail on the west side that the state allows atv's on. Get on the states web site and find the link to the National Forest Service. I think it's their trail.
What is there in Iowa? (I live about 5 miles from the border)

Not much in Iowa for riding. I got a bunch of info about places to ride from the state DNR but none of the trails seemed worth while, so I went up to Wisconsin and could'nt get enough of the trails up there. To give you an idea of the trails in Iowa, one was 2 miles long and right in the middle of a city. I have to go out to Iowa every year and visit with my inlaws and I needed a diversion so I was hoping Iowa would have some nice trails thats why I needed some info on South Dakota.

If you are going to drive across the state to the Black Hills, I highly recommend to keep driving 4 more hours west to the Big Horn mountains in Wyoming. Miles and miles of fantastic trails! There are trails for inexperienced riders to trails that will test those who have experience. The views on these trails are great.
