For most of you that went on the trip, know that my daughter was sick. Just took her to the doctor and everything is fine. They think that she does not have D1. But not all of the test have not come in yet. Cross your fingers.
Well lets plan another trip soon.
Thanks for the pic's Hoyt

Sucks that I missed it- looks like you guys had a good time.
On a positive note-I ended up going to Mercer/Hurley area on a last minute thing since work got done early Friday morning. I think we ended up putting on close to 250 miles between Friday and Saturday.

Just talked to a doctor today. They said I did a good job of messing up my wrist
I have surgery at 8 AM tomorrow morning. They are going to put it all back where it should be and then lock it in place with a metal plate. After that I'll have 2-3 weeks in a splint similar to the one I got in Black River Falls. Then after that it will be a month or 2 until I have full usage back.
So at this point it's looking like late July is the soonest I'll be able to even think of riding again.
Even if I am able to get back on by then I'll only be able to go real slow on the trail and I'll likely have to take some pain pills even then.

After you left Hoyt, we put on about 100+ miles that day. It was a great ride besides the dust. After we got back it rained so we hit the bar for food and beer. MMmm It was hick-ville lol

That sucks! it will heal good as new and its a long summer, plenty of time to get out when healed up! let us know how the surgery goes and when healed up we will ride somewhere if i can figure out the kids machine! carb was clean so i dont think its a carb issue but kinda sounds like its starving for fuel when hot.
I have to wear a cast for 2 weeks now and then they will remove it to see how it's healing. There's really not much pain but they gave me some Oxycodone for that.
After I get rid of the cast I will have to go through a month or 2 of physical therapy to regain strength and full movement. I'll have to always wear a wrist brace during any strenuous activity such as riding my quad though.
Good luck on getting the kid's ATV running again. Maybe we could all go out some time when I manage to heal up.

When you heal up tosa let me know, we can run up to langlade county and ride, i got a place to park the trailer on the trail.
as far as the kids atv im stumped! crank seals fine, 110 psi in the cylinder, carb clean, its running lean and cant figure out why. its loaded in the truck and getting dropped at the shop tommorrow. going riding next weekend hopefully its running if not the war tank will be tearing it up lol.
