We in New brunswick have a trail system developing to be one of the greatest.
We have it all, smooth winter trails, mud (all you want), long distance destinations and we also have some folks who use ATV tours as a business.
Should any one want a nice experience come to any part of New Brunswick and you will be able to cover some amazing territory.

I'm in the Oromocto / Fredericton Area.
Where abouts do you ride? I hear Moncton / Sj john area have some nice trails. Lots of MUD.
