im pretty stoopid when it comes to this, so, will i have to go to the dmv up there to do this, cause that would really put a damper on my day, and besides the title, bill of sale will i need anything else? and how much will it cost?

you don't need anything except for $78 and your vin#
just about any gas station or shop sells them- takes all of 4 minutes.
NH is a lot more sensible... It's not like massachusetts- where you have to either go to worcester or boston-
