I need a little info on some of the atv trails in the U.P. of Michigan. What are trails like: mud, rock, sand hills?

Don't have the info your looking for, but I noticed you live just down the road. Planning on a week or so trip there in the spring so I'd be interested in any info also.

Most,not all, of the trails in the UP are old railroad grades.Light gravel,easy riding.Now I have personally only been on two of them but this is what i was told by a "UUPER" Look up the Michigan DNR website and you can order free maps.

Click on the "CAMPING" link,then when that comes up click on "ORV"
