Survived one day of rocks at Taskers Gap, highly recommend it if you love rocks, boulders, bent rims, flat tires and a sore back. Loads of fun.

Wasn't it great? I wanted new rims, but could never get an excuse to spend that kind of money - That is until I was lucky enough to ride Tasker's Gap!

 

Tasker's Gap (and Peters Mill Run Road/Powell Mountain Trail) is the site of the American Motorcycle Association (AMA)-sanctioned Little Fort Trail ride, scheduled for Sunday, April 16, 1999. Sponsor: Northern Virginia Trail Riders (nvtr.org).

Entry requires full AMA membership (join at registration tent if desired) and entry fee. Trophies awarded for dirt bikes and ATV's (Open, Women, Junior, etc.).

NOT a race or speed event; consistency wins (in times between Little Fort to Tasker's Gap out and in, plus two identical loops in Tasker's Gap). Catered lunch!
